Always a fun and tasteful environment

I only have the opportunity to get wings from here every 3 or 4 months, but the food is also tasty, my order is always complete to a tee, and the staff is always super duper friendly and smiley!

They do know how to cook good chicken whether it be wings or something else. I ❤ parmesan garlic but have been expanding my taste buds and also tried bourbon honey mustard tonight. Not my cup of tea. I'll stick with what I love.

Spent 1 hour in your restaurant for a kids tender and a pretzel. This whole time with my daughter was a disaster, I knew I should have walked out of there when I waited about 10 minutes just to get somebody to order our drinks. I got sick of waiting for my waitress and went to the front counter after sitting there for about another 15 minutes after my food is done in my trays were emptied and I was even nice to pile them up. I guess I'm more sad because when I used to work at this location this would never have flown. Management needs to step up their game and make the employees be more accountable this is customer service not bring your attitudes from home to work and display it while you work.

The food is constantly well prepared and yummy, cashiers gives awesome customer service. I like how clean it is and ambience. Keep up the good work.

My husband ordered wings and fries via delivery. We he got his food but the fries were not included, and the blue cheese cap was open and spilled all over the bag. We called the manager, and he was very kind and understanding. He sent us a letter and a $10 GC for the situation. Although a mistake was made, they reacted professionally.

Food is always really good however pick-up is lacking in service. I placed an online order and the pick-up time was 6:20 and I arrived at 6:25. They advised it would be another 5-8 minutes for my food and I can wait in my car, which was no problem as I know it's busy. However 25 more minutes went by and still no update. Finally, after waiting for a half hour I went in and asked for an update and they were rude about the request but advised they were bagging the food. The bagging took about another 5-10 minutes while a few of the staff were just standing around. I totally understand things get busy and take out is especially busy during the pandemic, but having to wait an additional 30-45 minutes after the scheduled pick up time should not be happening.

Always a nice place for lunch the service is always great and the food is always good no matter what you get

Ordered online via DoorDash, estimated time was 70-80 minutes (already very long) Our DoorDash driver ended up waiting well over an hour once she arrived for pickup, they first told her 15 minutes, then the wait continued for over an hour, and once she was finally able to get our food, it arrived and it not only was no longer fresh but we were also missing an entire order of wings. I tried calling for 15 straight minutes and still received no answer. I understand that rushes can be hard to handle because I also work in the food industry but I’m disappointed that the establishment let both me as a customer and it’s employees down by not having enough staff on the Fathers Day dinner shift. Our DoorDash driver was patient and persistent despite the challenge but I’m disappointed that Buffalo Wild Wings was unable to provide the services it promises.

Very good food. Ordered the new Nashville chicken sandwich. It was delicious and hot.

Buffalo Wild Wings is well known for their wings, and that would be great if they always remember to put your wing order in to the kitchen. I sat there for 45 minutes when I was informed that my order hasn't been sent to the kitchen, and that they would be putting a rush on it. Thankfully after about 10 minutes I got my order of salted caramel traditional wings. They tasted fantastic as per normal. After so many changes to the menu, and functional changes the order times and customer services hasn't improved. After waiting for so long, and talking with my waitress I was still charged full price since I did eventually get my order, and I did enjoy the wings fully. Even if it was late. Wait time is not a complaint that management recognizes. I will return to eat another day, but I will not accept an order after waiting over a half hour.

Pretty good wings. But after being shut down for months, u would think they would have used that time to clean & repair. Nope. Dirty as ever, with same broken soap dispenser & broken toilet. Poorly managed.

Crystal, our server was absolutely amazing! She was super friendly, absolutely hilarious, and one of the best servers we have ever had! She was very attentive and made sure we had what we needed at all times. When it came to redeeming points, she was super helpful! (We weren't really sure what we were doing.) We will definitely be returning to this location. We hope her hard work and efforts are recognized. Thank you for the wonderful service and experience!

Placed an order for pick up. Got to BWW and stood for nearly 10 minutes at the pick up counter. . Not even one employee of the 5 that walked near me said hello, nodded or smiled. Greeting or at least acknowledging each guest is a basic courtesy. On a more positive note, the food was fresh and tasty.

Take out is consistently behind. Web orders not prepared as stated online. Multiple order prepared incorrectly. Poor customer service with management reluctant to fix issues.

Today was my first time back at bdubs since covid (dining-in that is). I called ahead to double check if their patio was open and the person on the phone was super friendly. But my waiter is the one I would like to amp up here!!!! I believe his name was Jermey (spelling???). He was beyond attentive. He took orders, got our food out speedy, checked in on us often, and got us refills without having to ask. My boyfriend ordered a beer and shortly after a fly flew right into it. Jermey got him a new one with no questions asked and took the first one off our bill.When it came to us slowing down eating, he didn’t make us feel rushed at all and made sure to get us boxes/ask if we’d like anything else.Upon paying, he broke it down for us (after my many rewards and gift cards) to give the final total. After his hard work and friendliness a large tip was due. Thank you Jermey for making this bdubs trip enjoyable!

Best bartender at any of the locations I've been too. You have to go in on a Saturday and hang out with him. Super fun place with a great atmosphere. It can get very busy here, just FYI.

Great Staff tasty Chicken

Ordered delivery online at 5:15pm. Estimated delivery said 7:15pm. 8:00 rolls around and we haven’t received our food. I try calling the restaurant several times. No answer. 9:00 comes and goes. Still no word from the restaurant and they won’t answer my calls. I eventually drive over around 9:30 to get a refund and I get a text on my way that says my food has been delivered (2 hours late and completely cold). When I get there, the employee I spoke to said the reason they weren’t answering the phone is because it was ringing too much.

What a cluster on Super Bowl Sunday. First, tried to order online. The network was unavailable, tried 3 times. Then I called. Gave my name, number and at the end of the order.........they hung up on me. I tried to call back but the lines were all busy, but more importantly. Why didn't they call me back? Took a shot and went in to pick up the order. Nope, no order, they don't know anything about it.Very disappointing

I only give a two star because the food was good. The waitress was not the best, I had to go ask one of the waiters to pay our bill and he caught our waitresses attention.

If o could give 0 stars I would. Came in to be seated with my husband and 2 kids. Asked for a booth and after waiting they told us they had no booths. My husband asked to speak to the manager and said that they could seat us now and that they had a waitress coming in 2 minutes. Why couldn’t the hostess had told us and asked if we wanted to waited instead of just blatantly telling us there’s nothing. Super disappointed and won’t be going back.

Have always like BW3. Enjoy going for a quick lunch of dinner with family. Food is always good. I dont like the new "hip" way they are serving the food on the cookie trays. The old way in the baskets worked and looked good.

I used to go a lot here with my mom, but since they upgraded, their food has gotten bad. Today my mom and I did the BOGO traditional wings, different sauces, and they put both mixed on the same tray. The wings also had almost no sauce on them too. I used to love them, but now, I'm not so sure about them anymore.

We were a party of 20 for my daughter's graduation 🎓 the tab was unexpectedly paid for by a patron... Bless their heart ❤️ also BBW staff were very attentive to us.

They have made some impressive changes on how they serve food. They moved away from the paper tun boats that allow grease to build. The trays with butcher paper look a lot more professional. The serving was great. We found a long hair on one trays and they got us a new tray of food within minutes.

Rating it 0. I ordered boneless wings online last week and didn’t get what I asked for. There were too many small boneless pieces in one box and only 4 in the other box. They sprinkled dry seasoning without putting much effort in my order and sent it to me. On top of that there was no ranch in the bag. I called to let the manager know about them being careless with my order and he got defensive. I was supposed to see a refund and haven’t received anything yet. NOT buying from this place again.

I ordered the wrong thing, but it turned being real tasty anyway. The boneless wings with mild sauce were delish.

I wish i could rate this place a solid 0 stars. the staff is so rude, our food was slammed down because we wanted to have our order checked on as we were waiting for OVER an hour! there was and older man that told us that he placed his order at 3, and at the time it was 6. the worker yelled at the older man and told him to go sit in his car because being in the horrible establishment want going to help get his food faster. would never ever recommend this location. word of mouth goes a long way and could guarantee that none of my friends or family would go here. ever. (i still can’t believe they yelled at an elderly man) this specific establishment has ruined my mindset of going to another location.

We love bww and their allergy menu. However, I wish they had the buffalo chips still.

I love Buffalo Wild Wings! Especially on Tuesdays. Two for the price of one

This location no longer has tablets for kids. They gave us an activity book but no crayons. When asked for some crayons they told us they do not provide those anymore either. What? At least the waitress was kind and had a wide variety of colorful pens in her apron.

Server and service was great, but that food is awful. Don’t know if it’s because it was busier, but our whole tables food was cold (closer to undercooked) and the pretzel bites I actually thought were maybe meant to be served uncooked due to their temp and texture. Had new ones made, and they weren’t any better. Tasted similar to the pretzel bites you microwave from the dollar store. should consider baking or frying them, because you can really tell these got popped in the microwave which didn’t help the wait time for them.

Was always very good, but last 2 take out orders not so much. 1st time missed items, but this time the wings had very little sauce. I spend at least $60 per order and do not think I will get take out again until things improve.

We went in tonight with a tired kind of crabby 1.5 year old who started voicing his feelings right away... although Crystal wasnt our server she stopped by and dropped a few fries and some oranges down at our table to help our crabby patty of a child. Crystal also stopped by multiple tines to check on us and chat with our Gabriel ! She kept a smile on his face and made sure we got to enjoy our dinner! Shes very much appriciated and its server like her that make expiriences going out worth it. So from a fellow mom and server.. thank you crystal for being you! <3

Ordered on the phone and got home and missing food! Especially during this time...QC the food!!! Come on!!! Very disappointed!!! Usually not giving business to big box... will think twice next time!!
